Catching Pulmonary hypertension diagnosis at the nascent stage of the disease is very important. It has to be detected at the earliest stage and the main cause identified to pull out the disease from its roots. Pulmonary Hypertension is not the kind of disease to let slip by. If you find any of the typical symptoms of the disease, then you should run to see your family physician as soon as possible, or consult a specialist doctor at the earliest. Normal X-rays and electrocardiograms will not rule the disease out. The best idea would be to get a full physical examination done. The doctor might advice you to include more fruits in your diet, but reduce the consumption of milk products and sweets. You might want to relax and cool down, and in that case you may consider holistic healing (which is a part of the basic Indian Vedic medicine techniques) including yoga sessions and spiritual healing.
